Well what a busy time I’ve had getting Paint Kitchen up and running! It is so great to have subscribers to my mailing list, so I want to start by saying
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
It’s been an encouraging start to the venture on social media but I always think its nice to share a nice little personal email too, so here it is.
I’m happy to say that after securing a venue at Oswaldtwistle conference centre for the 24th May, we opened a second date at The Old Grammar School in Whalley on 11th May for another chalk paint workshop.
For creative workshops we like lots of light and space, and both the Whalley and Oswaldtwistle rooms are perfect. As chalk painting was voted the most popular workshop, it became our first planned event. However, we would like to develop more workshops as we go.
The purpose of Paint Kitchen is to teach techniques according to what each learner needs. For example, you may need one-to-one tutoring for help with a specific piece of furniture, so we can arrange that for you, or maybe you would like to be part of a group, learning to develop your painting style with ‘mark-making’ techniques.
Whatever you want to learn with regards to painting, we can help.
We plan to design and share much more about forthcoming workshops and tutoring in the coming weeks via our website, but for now, there are still a couple of places left at the following chalk paint events – you can enquire by simply replying to this email, or calling us on 07493 846993
Please keep reading for details on the chalk paint workshops or stay subscribed for our future events.
Paint Kitchen is a unique experience. We plan to take care of our learners and provide the best possible learning environment we can.
It’s still early days for us so we need to keep spreading the word, and we also need your ideas and feedback to keep providing stimulating and exciting workshops. Even if you just have an enquiry about something you want to learn, then please get in touch. We always love to hear from you.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Thanks for reading,
